Provided by provideQubee() / QubeeModule.forRoot() from QubeeConfig.baseUrl; empty when the config names none. Each QubeeSignalStore starts from it, as the core’s createQubee() does, so setBaseUrl() overrides it for one instance and reset() clears it.
